About the project:
An investment project of urban recreation and long-term/short-term accommodation located in the Solomyanskyi district of Kyiv on Metropolitan Vasyl Lypkivskyi Street. The project concept was developed with an emphasis on maximizing the efficiency of every square meter, space-planning ergonomics, and high investment liquidity.

Scope of services provided by IVP Development Solutions:

• Development Analysis & Consulting: Development of the Highest and Best Use concept considering urban density, traffic flow, and creation of the project’s financial model.
