About the project:
A comprehensive commercial real estate development project for the reconstruction of non-residential premises to accommodate a modern retail facility of the “ATB-Market” chain in Slavutych, Kyiv region. The project was implemented on a turnkey basis in accordance with the retailer’s strict corporate and technical standards: from land relations registration to launching the store with installed commercial equipment.

Scope of services provided by IVP Development Solutions:

• Land Development & Initial Data: Registration of land plots, obtaining urban planning conditions and restrictions, preparation and approval of a full set of initial data for design.

• Permitting Documentation & Engineering: Obtaining technical conditions for utility connection, development and approval of project-cost documentation, and engineering connection solutions.

• Construction, Mounting & Reconstruction: Management of premises reconstruction, modern facade construction, interior finishing works, installation and commissioning of engineering systems.

• Commissioning & Equipment: Obtaining permits confirming the facility’s readiness for operation, supply and installation of commercial equipment for a full launch of the supermarket.
